Crowd with Masks

We know that there are constant changes internationally, nationally

and locally regarding precautions and guidelines.  At this time, it is our

plan to host our 2021 events in person, like past Inspire National

Dance Competition events have been held.  No matter what next year

has in store for us, we will find a way to celebrate your dancers’ gifts

of dance together.  As always, if there any states or venues that require

cancellation, we will offer 100% refund on all fees.

Our first and foremost concern is the safety and well-being

of all of our attendees, family members, studio staff and supporters.

We plan to release additional guidelines and procedures as new regulations become available.

Procedures that MAY be implemented during the 2021 season include:

  • We may utilize a “Block” scheduling format. This would provide each studio with an assigned time slots for all of their dancers to perform their routines.  A reduced number of studios will be present on campus if block scheduling is necessary.  Awards Ceremonies may be impacted by block scheduling.  If this need arises, additional details will be given as the season progresses.

  • Depending on local guidelines, face masks/coverings may be required.  Dancers performing on stage may be required to wear face masks/coverings.

  • Videos of all performances will continue to be available free of charge for all registered performers.

  • For social distancing, if necessary, seating will be modified by blocking off seats or rows within a section to accommodate social distancing of at least 6 feet between individuals from different households.

  • Increased disinfection of the stage, backstage area, seating areas, common areas, and dressing rooms will be done, specifically between studio blocks, if that type of scheduling is required.

  • No scoring deductions will be given for any costume modifications that include any Personal Protective Equipment or choreography to accommodate social distancing.

Again, we cannot thank you enough for your continued support this past year, and in the many years to come.  Please, don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions at all.  We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Have a blessed year!
